AECP - Let It Shine
Updated: Sep 14, 2020

Hello all, happy Monday!
Today’s card is all about shine and shimmer. I took the class from Altenew Academy taught by Carissa Wiley. She is an amazing designer and card maker. I love her simple and elegant design so much, that I made this card today.
For this card, I used the Modern Lines Glimmer Plate and foiled the card base. Then, I stamped the flower, leaves and colored with Copic and Altenew Alcohol markers. After coloring,I added some shimmer on the flower and leaves with a shimmer liquid pen, and added some white dots in the center of the flower with a white gel pen. I die cut them out with the coordinate dies. Afterward, I arranged the pieces on a scallop edge circle die, and glued it on the foiled panel. I also used a mini staple to attach the heat embossed sentiment and another dark grey card stock strip on the panel. Finally, I adhered a few silver rhinestones to add a little more sparkle to the finished look.
I love how this card turn out exactly the way I wanted. Hope you all have a lovely day :)
